Confused

So since August of this past year, I felt like what I thoughts were bouts of Ureaplasma. I’d do 2 weeks of Mino/Clarith and feel better and I’d be ok again for a bit. But in December, these antibiotics didn’t work and I kept testing negative for Ureaplasma and mycoplasma despite feeling like all of my symptoms match it. It’s now been total hell since then and I’m still testing negative for Ureaplasma despite all of my symptoms basically mimicking it. Are there any other infections or illnesses that are a lot like urea or mycoplasma but aren’t? I had bouts of BV and yeast since December and treated those, but my Ureaplasma-like symptoms are still here and chronic.
