I need advice

For context, im mentally ill (doesnt execuse my disgusting actions) and havent been able to take care of my gecko at all and i fear shes suffering under my care. Ive tried to tell my mother that i want to give my gecko to someone who can take care of her but she refuses to. What do i do?
