Anyone else here dealing with other chronic condition aside from psoriasis?

Just wondering if anyone here is also dealing with other chronic conditions on top of psoriasis? I’m in my late 20s, and I have had psoriasis for over 10 years now, and about 2-3 years ago I was also diagnosed with PCOS and hypothyroidism.

Honestly… it sucks sometimes lol. I feel tired a lot and half the time I don’t even know which condition is causing what anymore.

Anyone else in the same boat? How do you manage everything without feeling completely drained?
