How is Red Envelopes a gold augment?

1. It often grants me more gold than the Donation augment.

2. The stats you get are prismatic tier alone.

3. It grants a movement speed buff when you pick up the envelopes.

4. It's part of a great set.

5. It offers you a minigame (of picking up the envelopes) which to me is fun but of course that's just subjective.

This augment is just objectively one of the best in the game, even more so if you enjoy the minigames from such augments, yet it's only a Gold augment?

It really should be a prismatic augment, or it should be absolutely obliterated in terms of power.
