Anyone else feel like the best romance animes arent the popular ones?

ive watched basically every post 2000s romance anime. and some of my favorites are not so much super niche but just in the middle of popularity and i go on netflix or crunchyroll and look at the top romance animes and its either some anime that has like 10 min of romance in 12 episodes or its a romance bait show which i mean is basically a show that goes no where and the characters blush at eachother for 12 ep for example, alya russian girl, or angel next door. meanwhile you have a show like a sign of affection which i think is prly one of the best adult romance animes that i never hear anyone accept romance enthusiast talk about
