Woke up computer from sleep mode to find a file called "na_ek6yh" ready to be downloaded and saved

Hello! I woke up my computer this morning and found that a file called "na_ek6yh" was trying to be saved to my computer from my Firefox browser. I didn't download anything yesterday so it's a little strange. Is it potentially a virus? I'm hoping someone with more computer knowledge can help!
