Feeling hopeless ALL the TW! L/CP/EC

Seeking Advice

First, I have many tw: loss/ectopic/cp/abuse/BFP/BFN It's all here. Sorry for the long post, but really needing some advice and inspiration.

TW: Mention of pregnancy and loss.

Needing some hope, advice moving forward, and just some inspiration. Sorry for the long post.

My journey began years ago when I conceived naturally during an abusive relationship, an experience that eventually led to me having my tubes tied. After meeting my husband, we decided to pursue a tubal reversal, and I was able to get pregnant during our very first month of trying. Sadly, that pregnancy ended at five weeks as an ectopic loss, which resulted in the removal of my right tube. Following months of trying to conceive and undergoing multiple diagnostic tests like SIS and HSG, we discovered my remaining tube was blocked and decided to move forward with IVF.

Our first round of IVF involved nearly a month of est suppression, which led to a poor egg count and a failed fresh three-day transfer of two embryos. I decided to make significant life changes and went straight into a second full round a month later, advocating for myself by requesting no suppression this time. The results were much better: we retrieved ten mature eggs, seven of which fertilized, resulting in four blasts. We transferred one 4AA fresh embryo and watched the trigger shot carefully. My tests were darkening just a handful of days post-transfer, and fairly dark by day 9pt, but they began to fade significantly the next day. A blood test confirmed an hcg level of 14.95, marking another loss... time a chemical pregnancy.

Currently, I am experiencing heavy cramping and am waiting for my cycle to start so we can begin the process for our FET. We have two 4AA embryos and one 4AB embryo on ice. While I am trying to move forward, I feel completely drained and overwhelmed by the fear that the FET will be another failure. I feel like I am pouring everything I have into this process and am struggling to find the hope I need to keep going. It is just starting to feel like it is just not meant to be for me. I really need some positivity, I know coping with the loss on top of stopping all the meds is really bringing me down, but it has been a long hard road. Even just some advice and tips would be appreciated.
