Do yall count this as legitimately getting the achievement?

MINOR SPOILER FOR RESIDENT EVIL REQUIUM so I havmt beat the game yet but was planning on playing the hardest difficulty with inf ammo you can get it legitimately and its not an exploit was just trying to make it easier was told thats not legit was also told the bo healing run I wanna do on easy is the "cowards" way and I should do it on normal like a real gamer? Just curious 8 wanna upload those playthroughs on my YouTube channel
