Bank Account Freezed Under Layer 2

I have a sbi bank account and it got freezed, when I reached the my bank they told me it is done by cyber cell and it is a permanent block by them, when I asked them to give me copy of complaint they told me they have mailed for that and whenever they will receive it, they will contact me. After pressurizing them a little they told me it is done my cyber cell patna.

After watching several youtube videos I reached to cyber cell of shahdra (Delhi) they asked my account number and told me my account is freezed under layer 2 by CYBER CELL GUJARAT. They gave me number and email id too but till now I received no further update.

On my YONO-SBI app it is showing 500/- amount Hold/Lien.

Please help me with this cuz I need to pay my college fees from that account and from my account all the educational transactions Happens of me and my younger brother. I'm the sole financial supporter for them.
