Where should I go?

As a 28 year old with a BSc. In psychology and a MSc. In cognitive neuroscience, no publications but work experience in Health and Safety, SEN teaching assistance & at a psychiatry for children and adolescents what should I focus on from now on to build a proper career and in which sector?

Also, are my career prospects better if I stay in London where I did my masters or if I go back to Vienna where I’m from?

I don’t want to work as a psychologist and ideally I don’t want to work in corporate
