PSA: Avoid "fitindiasupplement" (Instagram Store) – Damaged Goods & No Authentication Tags

:table: Discussion :table_flip:

I wanted to share my experience to warn others before they lose their hard-earned money. I’ve purchased from fitindiasupplement (based in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh) twice now, and both times have been a disaster.

The Issues:

Order 1 (Avvatar Isorich 4kg Bucket): The product arrived without any authentication tag. When you're buying premium supplements, the lack of a verifiable seal/tag is a massive red flag for potential counterfeits.

Order 2 (2x Trunativ Whey Protein 1kg): Both packets arrived with the edges torn/opened. While the zipper seal was technically "locked," the side seams of the packaging were compromised, causing the powder to leak all over the cardboard box and my floor (see attached photos/video).

Unethical Return Policy:

When I contacted the seller about the damaged Trunativ pouches, they agreed to a return but refused to cover the courier charges.

Shipping a heavy package back costs between ₹700–₹900.

This is the second time they’ve pulled this "no-shipping-refund" stunt.

Essentially, the customer is forced to pay a "fine" for the seller's poor packaging or faulty stock.

The Bottom Line:

Avoid this seller. Between the lack of authenticity markers and the refusal to take responsibility for damaged goods, it’s not worth the risk. Stick to official brand websites or authorized retailers like muscleRecovery or any other .
