Notes: In mid-January UConn went on the road to beat Seton Hall, though it was done in unspectacular fashion. UConn jumped out to a 13-pt halftime lead only to watch it shrink to 5 by the end of the game. Since then, Villanova has supplanted Seton Hall as the 3rd best team in the conference, but they remain a smallish defense-first team. The 1st time around we saw the best (21 pts! 9 rebounds!) and the worst (5-13 on FTs) from Reed. UConn should win, though I'm sure Seton Hall is aware that stealing a victory would go a long way towards reviving their NCAA tournament hopes.
