any risk? cycle messed up

Hi, me and my partner had sex on 6 of february and according to the app it was luteal phase but not sure ofc. we did it for about 5 mins and when he pulled pulled out, the condom was stuck inside of me but it was pullen out within a few seconds. he also peed 10-15 mins bfr we did it and he did not ejaculate. when he pulled out the condom, it was still intact and it wasnt broken or anything. im just scared when it was inside of me it slipped out from the top or is there wven anyr ro slipped out? i decided not to take a plan b bcs i think it was too late foe it anyways. i also tooken a plan b during beginning of November which made me skip my december period and my cycle was 55 days. my cycle is now 42 days and im scared. i think maybw my cycle is still messed up bcs of the plan b bcs i see many ppl cycle was messed up after taking it. i also took a test yesterday and it was a clear negative. can anyone help me? like wdyt abt the risks rn. please and thank you
