Part time SQE1+2 panic

I’m starting my SQE1+2 and LLM next week part time on Saturdays (BPP law school for context). For lack of better words I’m genuinely terrified. I work full time 9-6 and come home at 7pm every day, no WFH. I literally don’t know how I’m going to get 16+ hours of study done per week. I play tennis weekly and have a partner whom I’d actually like to see as well as other commitments that sometimes can’t be planned in advance.

Does anyone have any genuine advice on how I can tackle this for 2 years? Someone who’s maybe done the SQE part time on Saturdays while juggling a full time job and other commitments? In my undergrad I eventually found ways to get good grades without pushing myself to extreme lengths. I’m wondering if there are similar things I can do with the SQE aka work smarter not harder.

Any advice, tips and tricks on how people studied would be greatly appreciated because right now I’m in full throttle panic mode.
