faceless youtube channels in weird niches are still making bank in 2026

Why Faceless YouTube Channels in B2B Niches Are Where the Real Money Is

Everyone talks about faceless YouTube in finance or motivation, but the real money is in the boring stuff nobody wants to touch.

I started a channel about industrial equipment reviews about 8 months ago. Sounds insane, right? But here’s the thing: the CPMs in B2B niches are absolutely nuts — we're talking $35 to $60 CPM because advertisers in those spaces pay crazy money.

Here’s how I do it:

  • Find a niche where businesses spend big money (think welding equipment, CNC machines, commercial HVAC, that kind of stuff).
  • Use AI to script videos from product manuals, Reddit threads, forum posts.
  • Screen record product pages, use stock footage, and mix in some basic motion graphics.
  • AI voiceover (ElevenLabs still works fine for this).
  • Upload 3-4 times a week consistently.

The key is you don’t need huge view counts. I get like 2,000–8,000 views per video and still pull $2,800 to $4,000 per month from AdSense alone. Then, you add affiliate links for the actual products and sometimes it doubles your income.

Nobody is competing in these spaces because content creators think it’s boring. And yeah, it is boring — but boring pays rent.

The only annoying part is YouTube sometimes flags AI voice content, so make sure you’re adding enough original commentary and editing to keep it unique. Don’t just copy-paste a manual and read it out loud; actually compare products and give opinions.

Also, this works great as a funnel into consulting if you actually learn the niche. I had two companies reach out asking if I do paid reviews. Easiest $500 per video I ever made.
