Remote working relief with shared bills

The bills are in my name but there's 3 other people in the house who don't work from home but do send me the money each month for the bills.

Can I claim remote working relief on the whole cost of the electricity, internet, heating since no one else in the house will or can I only claim it on the portion I pay.
