What financing options are actually working for early-stage startups right now?

I’ve been researching funding options for very early-stage startups (especially those that don’t qualify for traditional bank loans yet), and I’m noticing more alternative lenders offering faster approvals with lower credit requirements.

From what I’m seeing, many of these programs typically look for:

  • At least ~3 months in business
  • Around $5k+ monthly revenue
  • Basic business activity history

For founders who’ve gone this route:

  • How was your approval experience?
  • Were the repayment terms manageable?
  • Any red flags to watch out for?

I’m trying to map out which funding paths actually help startups grow vs. which ones create cash-flow pressure later.

One of the resources I came across during my research is below (sharing for discussion purposes, not affiliated with them):

Would love to hear real experiences from this community.
