I am beginner got brushes on fingers

I am a beginner. 4 days back I started learning guitar. I got lot of brushes on my fingers . I guess I press string too hard to get proper sounds and bit stretching finger for long distance postion. Can u suggest something so that it will easy for me to play guitar
