Transportation from Valencia Airport to Miramar w/Luggage (2-3 suitcases & 2 bags), an 80lb dog & 2 cats in carriers? What are our options here?

We're landing in Valencia from the USA for the long-term and will have a few suitcases, bags, two cats in carriers and an 80lb labrador retriever in a big-ass crate. We'll land around 15:30 and our house is in Miramar, about 75km away.

What are our quickest and safest options for a private ride given the animals we'll have in tow? Is Uber or a ride share the best option to go with here, taxi? Or is something else better for this scenario? Ballpark costs?
