Help? Dual Voltage Hub

Can you use all 3 outlets on a dual voltage hub at the same time? Like if the 240v twist outlet is hooked up to a 240v dryer and the other 2 outlets are hooked up to a 120v washer and 120v tankless water heater with a typical outlet plug, also how would you connect them the outlet looks different from a standard outlet?
