Is it possible to get the Gnome Workflow on Windows?

I have to use Windows for DAWs and Guitar Plugins, but it feels so slow and clunky.
How can I get as close as possible to Gnomes Workflow?
I mostly care about the dynamic Workspaces, the keyboard workflow (solved with powertoys), the minimalism (less important) and the activity overview.
