Money or Schedule

Would you take complete control of your schedule vs money. I’m currently junior partner private group. 2 more years full partner will make $320-410/h. But it’s only 6 of us and scheduling can be a nightmare and our medical director is a clueless. Lives in key west and flies his plane in for his shifts. Or go back to being a hospital employee. Make my own schedule and make $275/h. They love me. Medical director is amazing. Called me said I can come back work for them. Pick my schedule and basically work as much or as little as i want. I’m honestly thinking about quitting the small group. What would you do.
