how do i restore my earlier purchase

I bought a tablet, specifically Android instead of iOS, to play BitLife, but I can't restore my Bitizen. I logged into Google Play using the email address I had on my old phone and managed to recover my account, but without Bitizen.

is it possible to contact support or something? or does anyone here knows what to do?
