Community guidelines perma lock?? No reason given???

I don’t get how some of you know the reason you were banned or locked out. Mine says absolutely nothing other than “your account has been locked due to violation of community guidelines.”

Has anyone else gotten this? Like no reason given?

Another thing I don’t understand is how some of you are “device ban” . I can still make new accounts and get no error message. Why is this? Yes I sent naughty pics but only to a guy I’m talking too lol.

The only thing I will say I did was add a bunch of people from quick add. I heard it raises your snap score so I literally just added like every quick add possible. Is that considered against the guidelines and can that get u locked ?
