Piston caliper seized? Can’t push dual pistons back in. No clue if I need a new one.

My right brake pad and rotor wore down much quicker than the left side. I was replacing it and I cannot push the dual pistons back into position so that I can place it back on the rotor. I’ve bought tools, tried c clamps and no matter how how I try those pistons will not move. I’ve bled the valve it does nothing to allow those pistons to move. I pushed the brake pedal and only one of the pistons will move. It is not a twist version this is a 2011 sierra and I’ve watched so many YouTube videos I know it’s not right. Do I replace the caliper?
