Do I need to upgrade from Ryzen 5 4500?

I have an RX6600 and Ryzen 5 4500, is it worth upgrading to a R5 5600? My concern is that with newer games like Death Stranding 2 I think my PC won't be able to give me a smooth 60fps in 1080p experience (Spider-Man 2 gave me some PTSD), I'll probably still wait for benchmarks when the game comes out but I'm also concerned about newer UE5 titles (I was kinda struggling with Expedition 33 for example). So I was thinking maybe a 5600 on AliExpress might be a good deal (80€/90€ if a add promo codes). I also had the 5700x in mind but I was wondering if I should buy a new cooler with it (I have a stock AMD cooler) and if the performance is that much different from a 5600 with this GPU. I think I might need a new CPU upgrade to help me for next 2 years before starting a new AM5 build.
