Lost Blacksmithing Skill after disconnect

About 10m ago I got disconnected and came back to find my blacksmithing skill was reverted from 35 to 15, yet the items I made were still in my bag and the materials I spent were gone. I have items in my bag which I made but now don't have the skill to craft.

Anyone else had a similar issue?
