How are you marketing your app? (real numbers inside)

I see so many posts about people hitting $2k MRR in a few months.

So here’s my reality.

I launched my B2C SaaS a few months ago. I’ve got 76 free users and 1 paid.

That’s $19 MRR.

Not $2k. Not $500. Nineteen dollars.

I’m not complaining. Just being honest.

I’m building this before and after my 9–5. I’m 51. I code it, fix bugs, test features, talk to users, and try to market it myself.

The app is called MomentumHive. It helps people sell on Threads by structuring posts into conversations instead of just dropping links. Some users love it. But clearly I’m not converting well yet.

So I’m curious:

How are you guys actually marketing your SaaS?

Are you doing content? Cold DMs? Ads? Affiliates? Communities? SEO?

I get traffic. I just don’t get upgrades.

Would appreciate real advice, not “just ship bro” stuff.
