Asking for a content warning for the rest of the game?

I just reached the main facility with Grace, so please be vague past that part.

I am playing this game with my wife and her friend watching. They both like horror, but don’t like to play. When we got to the flashback >!where Grace’s mom is murdered, my wife’s friend got pretty upset. She found her mom’s body in real life after a health thing. Not all dead-mom content gets her but the voice acting and agony of Grace crying for her mom clearly fucked up my wife’s friend.!<

She was cool about it and wasn’t mad or anything. We got through it, but I’d like not to upset her again if possible, so is there anything else in the game that’s THAT intense about >!her dead mom?!<

And before anyone says anything, I went in very blind so I didn’t know that was a plot point. I would have been more careful if I had known.
