I just released Switchboard ([open source repo link](https://github.com/TentacleOpera/switchboard/tree/main)) — a plugin that lets Antigravity coordinate all your AI subscriptions, local LLMs, and CLI agents into a single agent team.

Instead of paying for Claude Max ($100) or Google Ultra ($250), you can get similar results by coordinating Google Pro ($20), Copilot ($10), Codex ($20)... plus Gemini CLI, Qwen CLI, local LLMs, Windsurf and anything else you want to throw in.

By coordinating agents across subscriptions, you get dramatically more AI usage for not much extra money, plus you don't need to stuff around with expensive API keys.

# How it works

1. Switchboard mirrors Antigravity brain plans into your repo so external agents can read any plan generated by the Antigravity Agent Manager

2. You start your CLI agents in terminals using their normal authentication

3. Switchboard maps Agent roles to terminal PIDs

4. Switchboard uses the official VS Code API (terminal.SendText) to send automated instructions, turning the separate subscriptions into a coordinated agent team

No proxies or API keys. Nothing that breaches ToS. Just file operations and official VS Code functionality. In the comments I have linked an Opus-authored comparison of this plugin vs the proxy services that got people banned.

# Installation

1. Download the [open source repo](https://github.com/TentacleOpera/switchboard/tree/main) and run investigations to confirm it is safe

2. Install the [vsix file](https://github.com/TentacleOpera/switchboard/blob/main/switchboard-1.4.1.vsix) manually inside Antigravity or any VS Code fork

3. Tell me if it breaks since this week has been kinda busy :) I'll fix any bugs ASAP, and the repo is open source so you're welcome to submit PRs

In fact, since Switchboard uses the VS Code API, it **doesn't matter** which VS Code fork you install it in. If you have Antigravity on one monitor, and Windsurf on another, with Switchboard installed only in Windsurf, then Windsurf will be able to read the Antigravity brain as well!

I'm not offering marketplace download ATM. Due to the recent ToS bans I want you to confirm for yourself that it does not mess with Google's servers. I know it doesn't, but you should verify for yourself as well.

# Things you can do with Switchboard

**Extend Opus Use**

Using the included /handoff chat workflow, tell Antigravity Opus to offload boilerplate to Qwen CLI to last longer.

**Avoid fair use penalties**

It's often suspected that Google penalizes people who regularly hit their quotas with longer weekly lockouts. Switchboard helps you load balance to avoid this. Plan with Antigravity, improve the plan with Codex, then implement with Copilot.

Since making this plugin, Antigravity Gemini is my context gatherer and Opus/Sonnet is my planner. I avoid using Antigravity to actually code, and keep my 5 hour limits above 50%. I haven't had a week-long lockout since.

**Exploit per prompt pricing**

$10 gives you 100 Copilot Opus prompts but each prompt has no upper work limit. So if you make a huge epic plan in Antigravity you can just implement it in one Copilot prompt and have 99 left, rather than thrashing your week's Antigravity quota.

Switchboard further facilitates this with a 'merge plans' feature - press a button and your 5 related plans get concatenated into one epic for a per-prompt priced Opus to implement (Copilot or Windsurf). Do this really aggressively and you can feasibly get an entire week's worth of Antigravity Opus use for $0.10.

*By Grabthar's Hammer, what a savings.*

**Automated pipelines**

Switchboard includes a lightweight, state-tracking pipeline for clearing your backlog asynchronously. If you have 10 open plans, the plugin knows exactly which agents have or haven't worked on them. At a user-defined interval (e.g., every 10 minutes), it automatically picks an open plan and feeds it to the next CLI in your chain: planner -> coder -> reviewer. It’s a simple, "dumb" agent team approach, but it completely removes the mental load of babysitting the implementation of a massive backlog. You will need to ensure your agents have the appropriate YOLO permissions so they don't get tripped up.

**Cross-IDE workflows**

Switchboard works in any VS Code fork, so you can copy an Antigravity brain plan link with a sidebar button and then paste into Windsurf to implement.

**Take advantage of sales**

If Kilocode is offering free use of another random model, hotwire it into Antigravity and use that to save your quotas. Windsurf does frequent sales as well.
