Why does your account get locked for a password change, if you withdraw to the exact same account

I have been using NDAX to trade and receive crypto for over a year now. Every month regularly, I receive payment and I withdraw via etransfer to the exact same account, on the exact same date towards the end of the month.

Today, my biometrics bugged out and wasn't responding, so I changed my password since i forgot it, and did my usual withdrawal to the exact same account. And it locked me out when I need to pay rent. I know they won't work weekends so now I'm basically stuck.

I don't understand why do they lock accounts when I used my email to confirm the withdrawal and used my authenticator app to approve it. If someone gets access to my account, my email and my authenticator app all at the same time, they deserve my cash at that point 💀
