Questions regarding the online Application

Howdy again,

We're almost sending our application, I just have a few questions regarding the application form. We aim to apply for a fiance visa.

1. In the segment about where I will live in the UK, it asks "Is this the home of a family member, friend or another person you know?". I aim on moving in with my partner, who rents an apartment from a landlord and lives in it exclusively. Should I say "Yes" here and write down my partner's details, or say "No"?

2. In the section asking what my relationship is with my partner, what is the difference between a Fiance(e) and a proposed civil partner? Is there a difference between the visas or which I should select? (If it's relevant, we are both legally male).

3. Their landlord stated that they can write a letter saying I can stay provided I give a right to rent code. As I understand, I won't be able to get this on a fiance visa, but they can do a manual check. Just to confirm, will I pass this right to rent check on a fiance visa (i.e. if they used the landlord checking service)?
