Foot openers for bathrooms

Every time I use a public restroom around campus, I always dread leaving it. Without fail every single time I see people walk out without washing their hands.

Everyone knows this fact—but I have to face the consequences of other people’s disgusting behavior every time I leave the bathroom. The only option to leave is to touch the handle where all the soiled hands touched. Sometimes I’ll literally wait until someone comes so I don’t have to open it.

Part of the benefit of COVID is that some places did have these foot openers installed..However, it doesn’t seem to be anywhere on campus where thousands of unsanitary college students go through. These should be a thing especially in the union.
