My soldiers are going to get cold in the leg help them please

Hi I'm preparing my first army of the empire and I'm looking for what figure to buy, I'd like to make my army in a winter theme, so I'd like to know were I could find pants (which we look more robust than a yoga pants lol) in greater quantity other than in the Helblaster or the Cannons & Mortars?
