Best way to check in on an existing health benefits update on HRConnect?

I submitted adding my wife to my health benefits in early February. Last time I updated my coverage, it only took HR connect about a week. We are at three weeks now. What is the best way to check in on what’s going on? I can call on Monday but I obviously am teaching, so that’s a bit of a challenge.
