How much should I take

So I took 2g last night. And in all honesty it was quite disappointing. I had such a mild trip, I watched avatar the way of water which looked friking amazing but I was really tripping. Now my friends wants me to go hike with them tomorrow and they want to do a trip. Now I know you should wait atleast 2 weeks between trips. But if I took tomorrow and I wanted to trip, how much would I have to take ? Like 5G?
