Why does ChatGPT associate the French flag emoji with C++?

I noticed something interesting while asking ChatGPT questions about Rust, C++ and Python. Whenever it uses emojis to represent Rust, it uses the Rust mascot, Ferris (🦀) and for Python, the snake emoji (🐍). But sometimes, out of nowhere, it uses the French flag (🇫🇷) to represent C++, never understood why it does this!
