I wanted to understand what common issues people face during Cognizant’s Background Verification (BGV) that end up delaying their Date of Joining (DOJ). I’m trying to avoid unnecessary problems, so it would really help if you could share: What specific issues caused delay in your BGV? Was it related to education verification, or document mismatch? Did anyone face delays due to address verification? How long did your BGV take? What documents were asked from you during BGV?
