unprepared first time and one spliff drag, left alone at a bus station

I didnt expect to get high so I was NOT ready. I had 2 drags months before and NOTHING happened to me so I assumed im mostly immune or the spliff was just weak.

I did one drag of a crazy smelly spliff yesterday and it fucked me up so bad im still feeling it today. Like time is still slow as fuck but at least like im not spazzing the fuck out shaking and my vision is fine.

Crazy shit to be left alone because I thought I died, like nothing felt fucking real so I did countless reality checks, from poking my friends to walking into strangers. I had a bounty choc bar and flavoured water to calm down a bit. I had the decision to wait for my friend like 5 min to go cinemas and go ahead w plans or go home, minutes felt like hours bro. I took that bus home and I couldnt make it due to the sick feeling, so I got off at a bus stop, went in some restaurant to go piss and then got my dad to pick me up. Somehow got away with being high but holy shit.

It was one drag and it fucked me up so bad. Bad bad trip. I doubt il be doing it ever again because it terrifies me. I had the idea to kill myself at one point LMFAO. Fuck my life.
