Lo Loestrin may be effecting my drive

I have been taking Lo Loestrin for roughly a year now and it has drastically effected my sex drive. It feels non existent until the final row where my “period” happens. My drive was already low before, but now it has effected my marriage. I have heard about the copper iud but I am very reluctant to try that as I already have had extremely painful experiences with the speculum during pap smears no matter how gentle they are. I know I need to go to the doctor but I am not looking forward to having to go through trying birth control again and possibly having non stop bleeding for months on end. I don’t want tog et pregnant, and this birth control was originally to treat my PCOS which caused my uterine lining to be so thick. If there are any other methods you all know of or natural remedies, please let me know and any general advice is appreciated. Thank you.
