Frustrated- numbers stalled and idk why happened

So basically I’ve smashed it with the weight loss. I got to my lowest weigh yet and I was so happy. But the other week the scales very suddenly jumped 2-3kg and now it won’t go away. Like I mean overnight. I was on my period so thought ah that explains it but it’s proving to be very difficult to shift. I’m on the highest dose now so little disappointed…

Maybe I’m just whinging - I just got on the scale this morn and I was annoyed. lol
