As a Black-American who’s grown up playing pokémon and been browsing the reddit, I’ve always wondered why unlike other cultural months Pokémon doesn’t necessarily show love/support during BHM.

Is there a particular reason for this? I can’t recall any promotional art, or just art in general focusing on it and it just strikes me as odd.
