Is there a way to preserve Swapnote/Swapdoodle messages?

Hello,
I think the SD card in my 3DS is starting to die and I was wondering, is there a way the preserve swapnote/swapdoodle? I got a lot of memories in it, I used to sent so much messages...
Anyone got ideas?
