Where to buy Snow boots for trip to Europe offline

I'm travelling for Work and the place I'm going to still has some snow is what I'm told. I ordered shoes online and they came a size bigger. Now I'm short on time to order online again.

Where can I find the shoes in offline stores in Mumbai ? Preferably between Andheri to Borivali strech ? I am a woman and would like to buy something that goes ok with formal wear. Though looks not so much a priority as functioning shoes for a -10 deg snow weather is !
