Utrogestan vaginally dose

I’ve taken my first 200mg of Utrogestan last night as as expected feel absolutely dreadful today. I’m cycling and taking 200mg every 2 weeks. If I’m to try vaginally is it the same dose or do I half it? I will ask my doctor also but they’re not open over the weekend
