Why did ex’s profile show up on my TV?

My husband went to the YouTube app on our stupid Fire TV — side note these TVs suck! And a new profile appeared out of no where and of course it’s my ex’s. I’ve never used my ex’s YouTube account… This TV is new… My ex and I dated over 5 years ago… WTF?! I am honestly freaked out right now!!!
