Co-living with Cats and the Potential Complications?

I've had a rabbit for over a year now and he has been living along side 3 cats for that time.

We recently got a kitten and they have been getting along really well, they spend the evenings cuddling and giving eachother kisses and play as well ((:

As the kitten is still a baby he gets playful obviously and he likes to play with the bunny and yes he does also play back and occasionally... lowkey lunges at him kinda punches him, its a lil funny haha.

Now of a night they sleep in the room with me away from the other cats and he does get playful and play bites him. Naturally I'm slightly concerned about infections, there's been no signs or odd behaviours but I have noticed a scratch or two? nothing seens out of the normal no puffiness or redness just a lil scratch. I montior the kitten when he gets in those moods and try to relocate his behaviours to either me or as my rabbit is part angora and get him away from his face and into his fluffy bum and hes just getting actual mouthfuls of tuffs of fluff stuck in his mouth haha

There's been no real need for concern but I was wondering if maybe anyone would have a suggestion of perhaps an antibiotic that may be beneficial to have on hand?

...I tend to be a little bit of a hypochondriac haha

Any Advice or Experience would be amazing as I don't believe they need separating as my bunny has really bonded to the kitten despite how overstimulated he may make him haha
