Reapplying for VLS-TS long stay France - opinion needed
My wife is studying in Paris and I had applied for a VLS-TS to join her. got rejected with two reasons -
-
insufficient funds (we had shown more than enough combined funds) planning to show more funds in my individual account this time around. and
-
insufficient insurance - odd considering I took a 250k insurance covering travel, medical and repatriation. Took this for the exact duration (7 months) but will take a new one for the full year.
any thoughts on the above two reasons? anyone has seen these in their refusal letters?
my key question is - should I refer to the previous rejected application stating that I am correcting the issues cited earlier? OR should I send this out as an individual fresh application.
appeal is out of question due to timing concerns.
