SMMA technical staff?

Hello. I’m very new to SMMA and I want to start an SMMA company with a Healthcare Niche, I wouldn’t find it hard to close clients because I’m a healthcare professional as well and I can meetup/ go to doctors in my area etc.. Now the problem is the technical stuffs. Who should I hire? I was thinking:

- Photographer

- Website designer + Poster

What skills should I learn as well. Would appreciate insight
