AIO? My little brother was watching me while I sleep

I (15m) woke up to my brother (10m) WATCHING ME WHILE I SLEEP! On some weekends I visit my father, my stepmom, and my little half brother, I share a bedroom with my little brother when I come down with a bunk bed. Today I woke up to my little brother watching me while I sleep, I think this is pretty weird, I told my dad and stepmom but everyone else seems to have just shrugged this off. So... AIO?
